Concidering the bluebook value of a Jeep this age, and what it would cost to repair it, I garauntee it's a total as far as the insurance company is concerned.

OP, it may be worth your while to take what they give you to keep the Jeep and fix it yourself with JY parts and spin the wrenches yourself...

i did the same type of damage to my bosses jeep same year as yours, the damn front clips break off easy, but was a pretty cheap fix, ebay ftw!. it wasnt my fault a lunch truck clipped the front corner side when she went to pass me. but you can get thet fixed

I agree with Kruzin as well. It looks to be fixable. The only reason they'd consider it totalled is the value of the Jeep vs the amount of cost involved in labor and new parts. If you and some friends fix it yourselves with mostly junkyard parts, it shouldn't be nearly as big a deal to fix.

The only bad part I see here is the front bumper. You either gotta have it pulled out a little bit so you can bolt new body parts on, or weld on a new bumper reinforcement.

i believe you have taken one to many soccor balls to the head.
I was busting his balls, but this, lol. I wont even argue, just look at why they were created.

Its created to be a semi lux family SUV, for wives to drive thier kids to soccor practice, school and fill it with grocerys.

With that being said, I'd like one with heated seats, remote start, a 2 inch lift and 235 75r 15 studded snow tires for winter. because it would ownnnnnnn

if i was the op, id get some zip ties and call it a day as long as it dosent have to go thru salvage inspection

According to the new Jeep commercials, Wranglers are for women after they get their hair done at the salon.

To the op, you could do what I did and get your Jeep back as part of the ins. settlement deal and use it as a parts Jeep. The drawback for me is, it is taking up half the garage because in Indy, the board of health actually flies overhead and will site people who have wrecked or unregistered vehicles on their property. Even with a privacy fence. We have some really stupid regulations about what you can or can't have on YOUR property. No Sunday carry out either but that is really off topic
