hahaha makes sense. Been a long day.

I wrapped 150$ into the rear bumper That includes consumables. So really not to bad, I think. Once i get the swingaway done later this month i should be just under 200$ overall.

UPDATES...
Not performance but it sure does make it look alot better. Cleaned the cladding off really well, scuffed it with a scotchbrite, cleaned again. Used a plastic primer, light coat. Than to the Satin black for about 3-4 thin layers. Turned out looking pretty good.

Before:

With one cladding panel done:

Ford 8.8 Ready to weld on the ordered IRO bracket kit. Welded tubes to center diff. Pretty excited about this. Scored the 2001 rear end 3.73 gears open carrier for 100$ and they cut it out for me.

Waiting on the detroit locker for the rear to get here tomorrow and the 4.56 gears.

The Detroit is not the most street friendly but the stoutness and ungodly traction is a plus.

I think the Detroit full case design is gonna work really well for me especially after hearing quite a few horror stories of lunchbox lockers in the stock carrier.
