Project "New Moon"

Hello fellow Jeepians. I would like to introduce myself. My Name is Kurt Moon, the Younger brother of John Moon, also known as MoonyJohn. In the last month or so since Christmas ended, i received a car. Not any normal car, but a Jeep. This Jeep was my brothers Jeep which he had beefed up for about a year.
In the past 6 months, my brother had sold the Jeep to my parents and then my parents had given me the Jeep for christmas. I'm very excited to start customizing the Jeep myself now. There are many ideas that roam through my mind.
Anyways, now that I own this Jeep i need to learn about the way things work and what everything is. Don't be afraid to tell me if im wrong about things or tell what certain parts are or what problems are because i probably wont know much about it anyways.
I look forward to adding more to my Jeep, and I will try to keep everyone updated on how the Jeep is doing.

Here is all the Modifications of the beast:

-2000 WJ 4.7
-5.5" Front IRO LA
-2" Front spacers
-Bilstein 5125 12" travel

-Alpine SWE-1243 Sub
-Homemade sliders

-Procomp 9" Lights
-Gas tank lift
-XRC-8 Winch w/ Synthetic
-K&N FIPK Intake Kit
-Magnaflow High-Flow Cat
-FM50 series
-Amsoil 6x9 Filter
-LED tailights
-Alpine Door Speakers & Tweeters
-Custom Rear Swing Out Bumper w/ Spare

I will soon start to add my own modifications.

Pretty sure that you have Iceland fender flares, to add to your list. Even paint matched!

That company isnt really around any more and not a lot of people actually got the product they paid for... but it looks nice!

I wheeled with your brother a few years ago once up at TSF,
when I had my built LJ.
He really built that WJ up and now you can customize it too.
Nice to see it stay in the family. Congrats!

Thanks! They took almost 4 months to get to him... I actually think that the company is being shut down because of that very reason... But what do I know. And my brother did a really good job on the flares and a good job on finding the right color of paint... Seems like then pain would be the hardest part.

Thanks! I might have actually been with him... Maybe, sometimes I didn't go... But I'm excited to get going on modifications I want to do to the Jeep.

First off congrats on the Jeep. You have yourself a very nicely built rig. I look forward to seeing what you do with it. Keep it clean...

Air bag light is probably a bad clockspring.
