wait... so the pulling of the carrier is stuff that you are actually doing now?

im slightly confused because i thought this was all in progression from start to finish but that update has thrown me for a loop. but the jeep is looking good. its doesnt look like your fenders are trimmed for the 37s either?

Yes, carrier is current. I just got out of line for a second because I could not help that everyone was asking where the 37's and 8" was. They are kinda sneak peak teaser pics

Pat, the dust shields you destroyed when removing the hubs, are trash to begin with. I don't have them on my d30 anymore. Don't worry about replacing them.

I have to say the same, looks like a challenge. Might rip your pants or something just trying to climb into it.

Hahaha well I personally have mastered the skill of getting in. Its more like a good hop, and duck the head so you dont hit the ceiling. Now watching other people get in is quit amusing haha. I am 6'0 and I have to hop pretty good. When I got back in my Jeep after flexing it up I had to have a co-worker hold the door open so I could climb it like a jungle gym lol.

Update, before work on this lovely easter morning I went down to the laser cutter and picked up my bumper parts.

nice, i need to get on making one for myself, i really like the look of the bumper on that black zj. are you going to use your same mounting system as you did for your previous winch mount?

This one will look a lot better than the one on our black ZJ, I think that one is too plain, not enough curves. I plan on using pretty much the same mounting concept as the winch mount, its going to be a little more tricky with this bumper because I am trying to keep it as light as possible.

Is that 3/16"?

Also, is that the design that's been posted up here on the forum for awhile or did you design it yourself?

yup 3/16, its the one that was posted. The one that was a sketchup file.

I just took a bunch of jeep pictures, cant upload because my laptop does not have a card reader on it, and I dont have my camera cable with me.
