Reading your thread and seeing all the work you guys do at Iron Rock has sold me on where I'm going to start ordering parts from when I need them. Anyways great job on the build man.
Hahah I love it at my school. Good school, there are a few good ones around here and a few bad.

Did you know that Mac and Matco used to be the same company? They actually basically are the same tools still, just different names. Part numbers are even very very similar. Check it out once. Its the opposite here, my Mac guy at school answered all my questions, very knowledgable and friendly. Except he is part of a samauri club!! omg. haha But the cornwell guy here is good, matco not too much. Snap on is hit or miss.

Thanks for the compliments!

Okay guys.... Lots of work to be done in the next day. I plan on leaving friday for the event right after I get off work, 4pm. Its about a 3 hour drive so that will give time to setup quick before sundown....

I pretty much made my whole cb mount tonight. I sold the old one to a member on here. I designed this one simple, and to eliminate the spring and foldover setup. If you are interested in buying the spring, foldover, or 4 ft firestick firefly attena pm me.

I bought a 3 ft cb antenna to keep it a bit lower.

Mocked up a new mount.

Cut, ready to paint. It will attatch with two self tappers.

So... what still has to be done.
-The skid plate needs to go back on, which may need modification because of the way I mounted the 3" muffler...
-CB antenna needs to be mounted and tuned.
-The 18ft cb cable end got stuck to the old threaded portion, and ended up breaking, so I need to run a new cable or get a new end for it.
-And awesome enough, I am now pissing coolant out. I pressure tested it and its coming out of the upper radiator hose. Nothing bad to replace, just one more thing thats taking up time.

Probably not before this event, but I am also going to upgrade my OTK Steering to 5/8" instead of 1/2". If anyone is interested in buying my old heims let me know, they are QA1 heims.

Really not too much needs to be done, but I work 8-9 tomorrow, and 8-4 friday (day we are leaving).... no time to do anything.

Hey, first time seeing your thread, looks great. Noticed your school is DCTC (correct?)

I'm from Rosemount, didn't realize IRO is in Shakopee. I'll have to stop up there sometime in the next few weeks and take a look at this beast.

Hahahha nice! I actually just got back into town.... We did not get much pictures or videos.

Carnage is a blown 37" MTR, and a big *** dent in the passenger side front door. Also a big dent in the rear quarter of the passenger side. This resulted in loosing one of my rain guards too

Like I said, not many pictures and videos from this event. Nobody wanted to take pictures, and when they did it was at rather silly times. I actually deleted about half the pictures. Pictures of the dents will be later. Anyway, here is what I have for pictures. Videos will come later, wont be near as good as the Moab one
