Really? You only need front coils and trackbar adjustment swaybar links and shocks the factory front coils move to the rear

indulge me on the breakdown on this. My 4" lift that I pieced together cost me around 400. We aren't building hardcore rock crawlers here.

Front: coils, shocks, adj. uca's, adj. lca's, disco's, brake lines, track bar
Rear: coils, shocks, uca's, adj. lca's, brake lines, t-case drop bracket.
And the front control arms will have the forged flex ends.

See, all that is not NECESSARY for a safe, reliable lift.

And you don't need a t-case drop on a ZJ at 3.5"

The replacement of the control arms isn't necessary but if you felt the difference it can make... I have a first hand example, I did uca's and lca's on my 3.5" XJ. It repositioned the axle to its proper location, and gave me better use of the longer springs without binding

As far as the t-case drop, that's precautionary due to the possibilities when the sway bars are diconnected.

I did front LCAs on mine.

IRO double sheer adjustable front trackbar: $200
IRO front extended swaybar links: $60
Front coils to rear: free
Ford thunderbird coils in the front: $20 (slightly rougher ride than stock, but not bad at all. Rides like my grandparents 02 highlander)
Front tube LCAs that are a little longer: $20 (I got lucky on that one)
Rebuilt steering with new TREs and moog TRE boots: ~$80
New SS: $30

But when you add all brand new springs, and all adjustable control arms, I can easily see how the cost would go up a lot.

2.5 inches will do for now till we sway some coils then ill have the t-bird coils so then ill have to get sway bar links and track bars and shocks otherwise thats all ill have to get i think. First i think i should get my muffler on... so its not so loud.

I find my satisfaction in knowing that all the parts were designed to work properly with each other. I also want the full capabilities of a 3.5" lift without worries. I also plan to put a pair of Currie 9"s and maybe 33's some day.

I'm the guy accused of being the "crazy perfectionist". Guilty! But I'm also the guy who is looked up to and envied by his friends. My friends are jealous but they also respect me cuz of the quality of my rigs knowing that I put them together. Secretly, my rigs are not perfect, I'm just proud of my project and I take care of it cuz of that pride.
My point: build it your way, so that you're proud of it
