New ZJ roof rack

So my friend at Total Metal Innovations and I built a rack for my Jeep yesterday and I just wanted to share a few pics with you guys of what will be a production rack in the near future.

More pics

Pic from the top. Rack retains all sunroof function. Rails are placed full length for maximum storage. Front rail has 4 light tabs also.

I like it, but it must be heavy. Your ZJ is sagging a$$.

How is the rack mounted on the inside of the stock rails? I had a roof rack on mine for awhile but could never get it on well enough to stop rattling.
This was mine:

Here is a pic that shows how it is mounted. The rack is very solid and will not move.

Finished product

Mounted and wired

And finished

Hello,

How do you bolt the rack to the roof rail?

Thanks.
