I want to know what it will take to lift it and how it will handle it...the thing I love about the zj/wj is that they take very little to lift. I just feel as if this one is going to take forever to lift. Yes you can lift a WK I guess I am not certain what goes into it. But i can guarantee there will be no quick t-case swap or really good aftermarket bumpers for these for a very very long time.
But did i read that the front fascia is easily removed though?
You can't say they didn't think about off roaders. it specifically says how they designed some things to keep the enthusiasts happy.
Can't wait to get started, but my wallet can......

Looks like some hippy strewn space age design. Totally not what Jeep is all about. Designed by the same guy who did the 2nd phase Compass. (The 1st phase was originally supposed to be a Dakar Rally type vehicle that was buyable by the public.....)
I really think Jeep needs to separate into its own brand....get away from Chrysler and their prototype dreams....
I think Hummer needs to do the same....get away from GM and keep a tradition going..
...both need to be that "Go anywhere" type vehicles....
i like it, anyone know anything about the t-case. all sorts of options. wonder the difference in them. not 100% happy at it being electronic but still, mud/sand, sport, auto, snow, rock, i wonder if the 4 low button works with all these options, lol, probably not. still, whats the down hill thing, down shift tranny? or is the t-case more than 2 gears? the 2 up arrows, what is it on bags, height adjustability? and park, WTF?
the interior is sweet, the front looks mean and the rear is sporty, again, i like it. they should sell a rubicon version with lockers and a soild front axle.
The options wont be actual T-case differences. Sport will firm up the shifts, and keep it in a lower gear for better acceleration. Snow will likely de-tune the engine so as to not break the tires free, especially at launch. Rock will most likely improve throttle response and incorporate 4low. The hill 'thing' will be a hill decent control system. Its commonly found on forigen SUVs.
All of us could take a lesson from the weather. It pays no attention to criticism
