Need help! Power problems - low voltage 1996 jeep grand cherokee 4 litre

Hey Guys.

I've got a 1996 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo 4Litre.

It wasn't putting out enough power on the voltage gauge and was squeaking, and my mechanic checked the terminals of the battery and he said it was shot. so I replaced it. Still issues with power, replaced the alternator, still issues.

So I pretty much did this:
1. change alternator last week
2. change battery
3. new terminal ends w/ dialectric grease
4. new belt
5. new pulleys

So after all this work, the voltage still dropped big time then the belt started squealing again.

I heard that the Gates belts sucked, so I put on a Gator belt yesterday with a better tread on it. The voltage seemed up until earlier today and it started dropping again an hour ago through. and the gauge isn't pointing straight dead top center which it was all morning. The vehicle hasn't made any squeaking noises at least, but I really am starting to want to drive this truck off a cliff.

Any suggestions?
