I think the heims are a joke..once they wear out if getting jcr offroad setup..
Iro shoulda sent a sleeve for the pitman arm bolt its kinda loose, the tie rod was tapered before..
But oh well its better than stock.
Also found out my axle housing is warped
We temp fixed the camber by putting a 1/16 shim under the wheel bearing assembly ..
And my pass wheel bearing needs replaced..

Wonder which axle to get?? Dana 44 from a wrangler?

well if you get a new front axle those iro long arms arent going to work anymore either unless you get another low pinion dana 30. I havent had much time to wheel mine i just want it to be road worthy but i know at some point if i keep this jeep i will want to swap in some bigger axles. Idk if i should go clayton crossmember and ironmanfab4x4 arms or iro la

Keep the ZJ man. Youll spend a LOT more in the long run bulding a Wrangler. Add long arms, steering, and you have a reliable jeep with all the upgrades people want.

I know i want long arms idk where im going to get them yet. Im going to address the steering first... What is a good steering kit for a mostly road driven zj. Ive been looking at iro jcr and currie. Anyone have any recommendations?

Well since your on my thread, id say jcr offroad..
I love my iro setup so far
.but for longevity, id prefer greasble tie rods over heim joints...

Plus jcr is cheaper than currie or iro.
