well today was pretty productive, i found a guy who was parting off his jeep and i bought his front tow hooks for $70 they were a pita to take off because there was locktite on the bolts and we took them off in a parking lot in 90 degree weather... pretty ****ay. I also got my 8000k hil/lo hids and i installed them tonight after i got off work it took me a little while to figure it out but i got it. love the new look so much brighter. ill post up pics in the morning too tired right now

so i couldnt put on my tow hooks because when i went offroading last year i soiled my front end so i think i bent my radiator. it comes out maybe an inch out farther on one side and the other side is normal. But on the side that is normal, i seem to have 2 horns right where the bolts go into the bracket for the tow hooks, idk why i have two horns kinda weird. so i guess its another project i need to move the horn somewhere else. does my car use two horns? or maybe one died and they just kept it there and put another one next to it idk but i wish i had those tow hooks on damnit. im leaving my front bumper off until i finish

The HID's look good. I get mine tomorrow, I'm excited!

I need to get me some tow hooks. It sucks that your radiator is screwed up though.

Keep up the good work.

You will have fun with the front springs. I am doing the same thing as you are. I will do a build thread when I am finished with the lift, hopefully this weekend. Did you find anyone to help you? I can give you pointers.

Yea your Jeep uses two horns. I had to replace mine recently because they both blew out. One is for a "HI" tone the other "LO".

Clean Jeep by the way! Think you can get some night time pics of the HID's? Would love to see a drivers view of them. Keep up the good work and good luck with the lift. It'll look awesome when it's on!
