Are the 5.9's really that much faster than the 5.2's?
Are the 5.9's geared differently too?

Updates:

so this month the jeep has gotten some attention got a remote starter installed, got the vanity plates i ordered, bought a complete set of husky floor mats and cargo mat waiting for them to show up, an 8" shorty antenna black waiting for it to show up, picked up a set of 3000k hids for the fog lights, returning my bilstein shocks i bought when i was going to lift the jeep and getting a set for a stock height, also having the crystal clear headlights retrofitted with bi xenon projectors

Sounds good man! I got some new lights mounted up and am fabbing a new light bar for the hood too. Winch will be installed in the spring, hopefully you'll have a rig for trail rides set up by then.

Wayne you still looking for a trail rig? I'm trying to sell mine so I can get back into another 5.9 to build.

Mine's had no issues thus far (knock on wood, I know). I do have the 90k 5.9 swap to potentially go with it.

Makes sense. I've actually been really impressed with my current steering setup of the IRO HD tie rod and a V8 drag link.
