Got the roof rack rails painted up today and had O'Reillys order the NSS connector, picking it up tomorrow morning.

Marc, want to shed some light on the ZJ radiator swap you mentioned in black04wj's thread? I'm interested in that since my lower support is pretty dented. The front clearance would help a ton!

Greg has a 5.9 zj radiator in his. You need to notch the frame rails to fit it since its wider.

Replaced the NSS connector today, hopefully it fixes my reverse lights. If not I'll try replacing the plug on the tranny.

Old plug, I think it was time for a new one....

Ordered some speakers for this write-up: http://www.nagca.com/forum/showthread.php?t=45992

Drove it back to college today, 205 mile trip and averaged 18.6 mpg (hand calculated). Not bad!

Found a ramp near my school! Swaybars are still on, I could easily move to 33s I feel.

Hello, did you apply the 3/4" spacers only in the front or did you put them on the front and rear? I'm looking to run this same setup. 3" IRO lift with 31x10.5r15 on my 04 WJ

I had them front and rear. If you are planning to cut your fenders as well don't waste your time with 31s, you are going to want 33x10.5s before you know it

Ended up selling it over summer actually. Miss having a jeep pretty bad. Thinking about picking up an '04 H.O. 4.7 or a decent limited with low miles soon. Gonna build it right the first time come around the next jeep.
