mtnmarc's '99 WJ build thread

hey guys... so i started with a 1999 grand cherokee laredo with the 4.7 liter engine
92,000 miles when i bought it just over 2 years ago.
quadra-drive
d30 in the front
d44a in the rear
tow package
infinity system

now:
just hit 138,800 miles
teraflex 4 inch coils
iro adjustable front lca's
black diamond shocks
jks adjustable trackbar
rustys ss and sway bar links
33x12.50x15 pro comp ats
15x8 cragar soft 8's

here it is stock

bought coil spring compressors, but forgot them at my buddies house 45 minutes away. so we had a good time trying to get the teraflex coils in






finally got it in. my jeep was hanging about 4 inches in the rear


the control arm was not very fun...

glad i got the 4.7


so from here, my photographer lady went in the house to eat!
my buddy came and helped a lil. so we finished pretty fast. here is the last tire going on




now shes done


my brother putting some off the small tools away
he dropped them all!!!

rockford fosgate 6.5 rounds in the rear
rockford fosgate 4 guage power wire
rockford fosgate t400-4 amp for the speakers
rockford fosgate p2d412 in ported box
and crappy soundstream 320.2 amp for the sub
diesel 2 farad cap

carolina driveshaft around 300

heater core 115

either brighter head lights or driving lights

a-arm spacer 100

front upper control arms 140 from iro

possibly on board air, i really like viair around 275

new shoes 40

anyone have some advice on a good bumper? not planning on a winch anytime soon

so there is a place next to where i live thats selling 1.75x.120 wall dom 20 feet for $40. and my buddy has a tube bender and a welder. im gunna post some pics of a bumper i have planned out, and i want to get teh advice of some jf members
