Yeah... Hopefully my insurance is as willing to help as yours. It sounds like they want to total it out instead of fixing it

Your insurance is retarded. Is the bumper bent any? A new radiator a jy bumper cover and your in business. That just don't understand. It's a zj. Not just any zj a niner. You cant total it out.

Buy it back from your insurance and fix it for $100 and then you will have extra for mods!

This forum is a double edge blade, it's saved me thousands in repairs and cost me thousands in mods

Maybe I worded that poorly. The insurance fellow said that they'll probably want to total it because of the high mileage and the bent bumper. The niner isn't going anywhere. I'm keeping it no matter what they say I've invested to much time, effort, and money into this to quit after a silly street sign.

Well obviously it's only going to get better from here.

Upon further investigation the skid plates certainly did their job. Other than some scratches underneath, it all looks ok. Radiator is ok. Most importantly, the grill is ok!

Going in for a quote tomorrow from the Jeep dealership to repair it.

Final pictures before the estimate today. I'm getting one today from the Jeep dealership then one tomorrow from a shop my insurance suggested. I'm going to get them to send me the check (minus my deductable) and fix it myself. Unless they try to total it out, in which case I'm going to buy it back and keep it.

The grill WAS damaged...

Bumper was pushed in an inch or so...

How I made it home without removing the wheel well...

Also, my fuel gauge now reads EMPTY. It had +/- 15 gallons when I parked it. Make me think the sending unit got jarred? No gas on the ground. Those little spots are from the leaky diffs before I redid them.

Got this done this morning... Notice the Virginian spelling of "Possable" at the top.
