Low speed hum in steering column

2013 Grand Cherokee Laredo w 17,000 miles >>> problem w low speed hum and vibration in steering column between 20-30 mph. Factory OEM tires at normal pressure, no noticeable prob w alignment. Below 20 mph and above 30 mph no problems. Same condition driving in auto or shifting through the gears with tiptronic (sp?) in any gear.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions or help.
