looking for a good 'jeep wrench' in Pittsburgh

Posting this for my brother...he has a 2004 Wj - over the winter he had a used engine (4.7l non HO), 61K miles, put into replace his original 4.7 that dropped some valves.
The guy that did with work is a 'general mechanic' and IMHO, is clueless about jeeps.
So now it is 5 months later and seems like every month something is breaking...crankshaft position sensor, O2 sensor, camshaft position sensor, etc...
He has been getting 10 MPG with the used engine...yes, - all tuneup parts done-plugs, clean TB, oil change, serpentine belt, etc.
over the last week, CEL is on...related to three sensors...I dont know which ones (yet)...
Given all this crap, I'd like him to take it to a real jeep person that knows how to use diagnostic tools and figure out what is really up with this thing.
Any suggestions appreciated.

I gotta find him some help or he may just steal my 2004 which is running great....

thanks for any help
