Okay, now with the final step of the 255/75R-17 BFG M/T KMs (with the JK treads), I'm at an even 6"! Here's the total evolution...

On the last pic the hill is a PITA with a locker and even worse when it gets wet. Pics do not do it justice.

My IRO 3.5" on 245/75/16 BFG's. Roughly 31" tires. Nice part is there is no rubbing at full flex.
