Laredo-Limited bumper cover?

Hey everyone I just had a quick question. I've done some research but I can't find anything so wondering if anyone has any experience in the matter.
I have a 98 grand cherokee laredo that needs a new bumper cover. I have found them online for around $100. However I have found many 98 GC limited bumper covers for around $50. My question is will the limited cover fit on a laredo without having to modify anything. if so it would save me a lot of money but I dont want it to look like crap..
Thank you for any help.

Yes it will work, and look much better, being that it is painted body color.
