Well, slow going as always. Tried a few different designs at work and this is what I came up with. It's all tacked together and FAR from done. Thoughts?

Gettin it mocked up...I've still yet to decide what I'm gonna do with the center part, I guess I'll wait till the X2O 9 gets here to see how much room I have to work with.

I'd like to see that lower panel, the one that connects to the lower radiator support, curve back under a bit. Kind of like the factory skid does.

It's hard to tell in your picture, but did you use the I6 drive shaft's slip yoke, or the one from your V8 drive shaft? I used the I6 one first, but then swapped in the V8 one, as it's longer, to get rid of deceleration vibrations.

Yea I'm going to redesign the radiator skid...make it more beefy. I think I will do that. And I used the i6 rear output and a ZJ rear driveshaft ...no vibes so far

Getting ready to order a new tracbar....my bushings are shot and it hits the oil pan when flexing...any suggestions as to which one is the best? I want it adjustable, another 2 inches are in the works

JKS seems to be the way to go, but everybody orders replacement bushings from KOR (kevin's offroad--google it).

I have the Rough Country adjustable track bar on mine that came with my kit. It works, but in my opinion, it's too thin (girth) for 4"+ of lift.

Lol, I sold the rough country trac bar that came with the kit for $100. Just didn't trust it with my life, I'm not looking to spend 250 bucks on the damn thing though. Had any experience with the KOR adjustable one?

Just a quick question for OP, I assume that you have connections to get the tubing and plate steel, but i have none and was wondering what the best option for purchasing some might be? thanks

Yea I work at a welding shop. Lol.
My advise to you would be to go to various welding/fab shops and ask them if you can buy some of their scrap metal, just ask them if you can weigh the piece and give them what the scrap company pays for it. People come in our shop all the time and do it. We got plenty steel here anywhere from 16ga to 1/2 inch. Structural I-beam, 1/4 wall DOM tubing 1/4 inch wall 1x1, 2x2, 3x3, 4x6, and 6x9 tubing....much much more. It's like a fabricators heaven here. Lol. CNC laser, shear, press brake, CNC amada turret punch, and all the welding wire (flux and bare) you can imagine. Not to mention tig, aluminum spool and arc welders too

I love my job.

if I asked them if I could weigh it.... do you mean I litteraly weigh it, Or have them weigh it and I pay that amount? Will they know the amount that the scrap pays them? Because I wouldnt know the right amount at all :x im a competent person and I know how to torch and weld and have my own but I have yet to find somewhere (until now) that I could buy scrap.
