told ya it was going to take a while...haha, i think im going to buy a winch before i continue. just to insure its going to fit that way i dont have to hack the bumper apart if it doesnt. Im going to make the radiator skid tonight at work. ill give dimensions once its made. im going to make it removable so if it ever gets bent i cant just make another...It will bolt to the existing lower radiator support and also bolt to the bottom of the 2x2 tubing.

Well finally got a little progress, work has been crazy, punched this out on a Amada CNC turret punch, then bent it at 135 degrees on one side so it would line up when I bolted it to the tubing. In the bottom I used 3/8 ferrels in the existing lower radiator support.

I played around with the Amada the same night and programmed the fair lead plate with a OlllllO design in it. IT'S GONNA LOOK SWEET!!!!
