Sorta off topic, I use photoshop to resize pics, and would like to know what the perfect dimensions for a pic to be uploaded are
I'm hoping they could build a code in that resizes it for you (if at all possible).
I'm not having problems with the site, once it was offline for a bit (both desktop and mobile sites) but I assumed it was updating. The app needs a little more updating (I always have to "refresh" everything manually over a 4G network).
Could be your internet connection, service provider, browser, computer, or even the site. Is it JUST this site or other sites too like YouTube? Also do you have more than one computer/device (tablet, smartphone, security system, light system) on your network/WiFI and what are those computers/devices doing when your online? If someone is gaming, downloading, uploading, or video watching on a different computer/device on your network/WiFi it will effect the performance of everyone joined. Also, if you have WiFi I recommend to put a pass lock on it ASAP because there are PLENTY of people here that don't lock their networks and I don't feel bad at all using it. (My neighbors have the best Time Warner package available for the city so the network speeds are pretty good in my room
Somethings to try:
**Different browser: I recommend Google Chrome for any Windows OS, and Safari for Mac OSX. If you absolutely hate Safari then use Chrome.
**Turn off all extensions: If you're one of those people that runs 20 browser extensions for Ad Block and other fancy stuff TURN THEM OFF AND UNINSTALL THEM. Ad makers are writing around those Ad-Block codes so you'll always see Ads. Can't get rid of "the invisible hand" so don't try.
**If you have WiFi try going on when no one else is and do a normal browse through out the forum, if it runs as it used to then it's someone slowing down your connection.
**Ever run the good old virus scanner? If you don't have one heres a good (free) one: http://www.malwarebytes.org
** Contact your internet service provider and ask about any network changes in your area. You could also ask neighbors or friends who have the same provider as you if they are having problems.
**Contact the website creator/manager and ask whats going on.
If all else fails take a ride in your ZJ!
