Looks Awesome!!

Did you put a rubber or something around it or what did you do about the edge?

Can you spray some kind of clear coat / sealer around the edge to block the water and prevent rust?

You plan on doing anything with the rear?

Just got my 4" lift, will be going on this weekend and them might have to do this after seeing the results!

So were did you get that little black rubber thing on your fender? And it still might rust if the bare metal isnt sealed from air? You ever thought about maybe just putting paint the bottom half inch around were you just cut before you get surface rust? Maybe use rocker gaurd stuff or black paint, just like half inch or smaller little just to cover the bare metal?

Paved roads don't lead anywhere worth going

fill the door trim with outdoor clear silicone and reinstall it. then just scrape away the excess silicone that goops out. itll create a great, flexible seal and keep the trim in place (preventing it from getting pulled off while wheeling)

looks sick man. you should trim the front bumper to follow the trim line, like more angle. just an idea.

Yeah man... Lowes, Home Depot, Etc. Just get a little tube of it. It'll be near the paint supplies.

Brand doesn't matter, just get 100% outdoor silicone. Most expensive one is probably $7... and you'll only use a fraction of it for your purposes. Make sure you put a very small hole in the tip so its easier to get in the trim. If you just cut the end and have an 1/8" dia hole for the silicone to come out of, you'll make one hell of a mess!
