Jeep Stalling

Wondering if anyone can help me here i'm stuck.
I have a jeep grand cherokee limited edition 4.7L v8 4x4

The car was running kind of bad.. when i would press the throttle down more than half way it felt like it was struggling I had no where near as much power as I used to.

So I replaced plugs. cam shaft sensor. pcm. changed oil. cleaned throttle body and TB sensor.

Last I changed the fuel filter..now it really runs bad when i press the gas down about a quarter of the way it completely stalls like instead of the throttle giving it gas it completely shuts it off. It also idles really rough when i initially start it up then eventually evening out. I have no idea what to do next... maybe the throttle body sensor is bad or craft shaft sensor? I have no check engine light and it is not throwing any codes..

a good start would be to check the fuel pressure.

then consider an exhaust restriction such as a plugged cat.

After the fuel filter change I was barely getting fuel to the rails. So I changed the fuel pump.. now I'm getting no fuel to the rails. I also checked the cat and the flow is good no restriction. I am so confused..what else could be restricting fuel to the rails and engine.

have you checked voltage to the pump? swap fuel pump relay?

airtec fuel pump? they have been known to be bad out of the box. can you hear it running for a few seconds when you turn the key on?
