Rain stopped, sneaked out again and did a rear wiper delete, its useless anyway, and looks better without IMO.

Auch still have a water leak, carpet is soaked again on driver side foot well, after heavy rain tonight, leaving me with sunroof, or windshield as possible causes.
Did some duct tape on windshield trim, then if it still leak, it must be sunroof, if not, windshield,,,,

Then it could be driver's side door. Is your weatherstripping sticking out far enough? What I mean, is it crushed, or not.
I had a leak, during the winter, water came in the upper front corner of driver's side door. The problem was a piece of ice had gotten caught when I closed the door, and melted, but before it melted, it let water in.
I only found it, because more water had frozen where it was coming in. Once I cleared it, no more leak.

Started recirc and mid case blend doors repair today, everything went ok, just time consuming, hardest part was to figure out that the main harness was screwed against the back of the main structure duct thingy, i might used a couple xtra hours to understand it.

image-3147962708.jpg

image-2284420505.jpg

Once away, i replaced the recirc with a new Mopar piece,

image-1306428665.jpg

Then i started cutting to replace mid doors,

image-618524601.jpg

Got old ones out,

image-1378922806.jpg

image-454943980.jpg

Replaced old foam on center, mid vent housing,

image-715359010.jpg

image-2647774251.jpg

Then it started raining again, will continue reassembly tomorow.

Today i am up to 7-8 hours, knew it would be a BIG operation, but didnt knew it was going to take this much time, anyways, now i am halfways or even more.

This picture, right here, is a good example of the problem, where people complain they have weak air flow.
It is going out between the foam and unsealed duct.

I hope that duct tape holds. Did you put the piece that you cut out, back in? I would have used the silver HVAC tape. It comes with the Blendor kit. If you still have it open, you might consider it.
According to the instructions in my Blendor kit, you make the cut, remove the screw on the bottom, and remove the cut piece.
(See attached picture)
It fits back on the bottom, on a groove, and the screw holds the bottom piece pretty firmly. Then, you tape the rest with the silver HVAC tape, that came with the Blendor kit.

Just a small amount of work done today,

Got RCA's, ground, remote power, and USB cables routed from HU, threw center consol, under carpet, to under backseat.

image-3914174152.jpg

image-4192857011.jpg

USB in center consol,

image-207534200.jpg

Also prepared under backseat for new bigger AMP's by cutting away factory bolts.

Stay tuned, more to come soon

Did some Work with my Jeep Buddy Leffy today,

Engine/trans is now ready to be pulled out of the green parts Jeep,

image-3705926433.jpg

And start its new life in the golden one,
Which wee also started disassembly front end today,

image-308523287.jpg

Good progress, only thing that dont match up is that they got different fan setup, but i think it will be ok to just pull the viscous fan off the 00 engine, and use the 01 fan set up, right?
