Iron Rock Offroad Customer Service

Hey all,
I ordered an IRO 3" lift for my WJ before Christmas. Kit showed up promptly, which was nice. I ordered the kit without shocks, as I ordered a set of Billsteins from Kolak. When I ordered my kit, I ordered a set of steel braided brake lines. They never showed up and now IRO says they sent them to me.

Just wondering if anyone else has had problems with IRO customer service. I have read nothing but great reviews about their 3" lift on this forum, which is why I ordered it. But now I'm worried that they aren't worth dealing with. Just curious.

Zach

Nope never had a problem with them and I've ordered many times. Recheck the box AND the packing to see its not mixed in it.

If not check your invoice, see if you were actually charged for it, then call again

The only invoice I have is on their website, which shows I was charged. I didn't get an invoice with the kit, nor instructions (which I have downloaded from the website).

Thanks for the good news, I'll try them again.

They have a lot of orders to fill, and with new construction at their place it must be pretty hectic. They could have possibly forgotten. Keep us updated

I have never had a problem with them but I just ordered a yoke from them and it seems to be taking a lot longer for processing and shipping than when I ordered my lift kit. Still waiting for the yoke, finally got a tracking number today. Im sure they are just busy due to the time of the year.
