Interior lights not working

I have a 98 jeep grand cherokee and all the lights in the inside of the jeep do not work, i.e the rear cargo light, and the lights for map reading, courtesy lights. I have checked all of the fuses and they are all in working order. The dash lights work. Not a major problem but it would be nice to have some light when I am getting in at night. Any advice

I assume you checked the fuses in the passenger footwell? I know I had the opposite problem due to door sensors, so I pulled that fuse.

Yes I did. I have also checked the relays in the engine compartment and the light bulbs in the lights and they are all in working order
