500$ isn't gonna get you much in the fast department.

Save up till you have it decided what exactly you want to do and don't rush into it half ****ed.

Yes, it will be quicker. Check what it's going to do to your highway RPMs though. I'd wager you're going to turn about 500 rpm faster at 70 mph. You may not want to go quite that extreme.

so quicker meaning faster off the line and quicker to reach 60 like a faster 0-60 time.

If I had $500.00 to spend I'd get a Mopar Performance computer. Great bang for the buck mod - takes 15 minutes to install and nets a nice power gain. Nab one soon while they're still available. You'll have about $200.00 leftover to use for something else - maybe a cold air intake if you haven't done that yet.

with 4.56s youll have a lot more low end torque. so yes faster from 0-60. thats what im going with. i also have bigger tires, but its slightly higher than the factory equivelant gears for the tire size im running. 4.10s would be closer to factory for my size. the 4.56s will give me more grunt

any highway driving you do will be at high RPM's thus KILLING your mpg's. ESPECIALLY with the 5.2. If it is just your wheeler grab those axles and throw on some 32's or 33's and it will be the perfect ratio.

4.56's are good for 33's.

Why are you trying to make a jeep running 33's a street racer anyways? Pick one or the other.

500$ will buy most of the parts to regear. Then you'll have to spend another 500-1000$ on labor to have them installed.

Most chevy axles are poor choices for jeeps btw.
