Help.....intermittent stalling

Good morning fellow Cherokee owners........ I have had an intermittent problem with my Jeep where it will just stall and sometimes when I start it, it sounds like it is starving for fuel and stalls again. Sometimes letting it sit for awhile will cure it. I replaced the PCM which worked 2 years ago when I had the same problems but not this time. I've narrowed it down to my fuel relay. I can jump it and the Jeep runs great, but when I replace it with one that I know is working.......it wont start. Any suggestions..........
