head unit replacement

I currently have a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. I am interested in swapping my standard head nit out for the GPS unit in the higher end models. found the unit new on eBay for pretty cheap.

If I buy this, will it work in my car including the GPS and other functions?

Using the original OEM connections?

I have Sirius Sat Radio and I think that that is all I need. Has anyone done this and do you have any recommendations?

Thank you!
