What do you guys think about this plan? Im going to try to get a job now that school isn't as bad as I thought. Harbor Freight is taking applications so I'll see if I can get something there. I hope so, I really would like to work there or Northern Tool.

The Gear Kit is what Kolak Quoted me for my 30/35 combo. I put that in there as a guess, I'll talk to him when I get closer. And none of this includes shipping. Does solid make a 44a cover? Im not sure on that. I like the plan though. The $400 is just an axle itself from the JY. Hoping to get it for about 250-300 which gives me some room for pads and rotors.

Thoughts?

Solid doesn't make a 44a diff cover and a 44 cover won't fit a 44a. Look at the blue torch fab for a 44a cover.

Also, add on probably 400 to 750 for gear installs unless you want to try tackling it yourself.

I would start reading now. A lot has to be checked with clearances but it can definitely be done.

And ok, just let me know.

Can I get a quote on a 22x18 bass, maple. 12x9, 14x12, 16x14 toms. and a 13x6.5 snare? Chicago Maroon Stain finish? Steel rims, nothing special. no offset on lugs, 2 ports on snare and one on the toms. I think thats all I care for haha.

No I didn't do mine. I traded my stock axles and 400 for these. They are out of an 04 so I got upgraded brakes too.

I will be doing them on my cj though.
