Word. I've been snooping the GSW site and it seems fairly basic. I'm not sure how much a domain costs, or if your friend requires a fee, but I'm more than happy to chip in. Let me know! We are just planning on doing trails for the one day, right? I think the park would be too small for multiple days.

Also, the sponsors you guys wrangled up - did they say exactly what they needed, aside from the date and location, to guarantee their involvement? You guys have blown me away with the initiative you took in getting this set up. My only fear is that there won't be enough participation to make it worth your while. I wish I knew more people in Texas than I do. Saw a couple nice lifted dubs up in Wisconsin, don't suppose they'd be willing to make the hike

I just sent an email to the webmaster at Grand Slam West explaining I'm a noob and asking for any advice. We'll see what he has to say.

It's only 10 bucks a year. I'll eat the cost the first one. And yes, as of now we have more sponsors then people going however I think once we have a site active, sponsors promoting on there sites/mags then we are going to have quite the shindig. I would like to make it a two day event because there is no way people can wheel the whole park in one day, There is two much to do.



I'd like to make a private group on FB for Ian, chad, jack, and my self so we can discuss event matters privately.

Awesome man. Please relay that info to me. If we can get GSW to promote us as a sister chapter for grand slam that would be so dope and get a lot of publicity . Hey everyone starts somewhere so let's do it.

i have talked to sandy r over on the mall crawlin board about tips and pointers for the event a few months ago and he seemed excited and willing give us some coaching along the way.

Website would be a great idea.
Don't think I can help much in that area either. Believe it or not I haven't even had my computer hooked up to the internet in over 3yrs. Things can be a bit tricky at times on a smart phone
So far I think we are off to a good start.
Also if anyone or all you guys would want to be added as an admin on the Facebook page let me know.
