Front Wheel Excessive Vibration

Hello All,
I'm an owner of a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and has 148k miles on it and I've babied it all through my ownership. I am experiencing a horrific front wheel vibration when driving at speeds of 45-70 mph, moreso now in the hot spring time driving vs. the cold winter months. I've changed the shock absorbers all around the Jeep and had the wheels re-balanced and re-positioned. Do I need to change the CV joints and control rods that move the front wheel drive parts ? Please advise, I want to keep this vehicle for long-term. Thank you in advance.
