Painted my rear rotor today...they were really rusty resulting from all the salt they spreaded on the road this past winter.

Used the dremel tool to get all the rust off them, washed them good then a coat of primer and two coat of high heat paint.

Before

After

Hopefully it will last hehe

Why paint the rotor and not the caliper as well?

With the older version or the 4'' critical path there was no cutting at all...but the new version '' high clearence'' the front long arm are straight so you will have to cut the stock lower control arm mount...but other than that its all bolt on, kit is awesome.

it looks like you have the d35, if so i would definently consider swapping that out before you dump money into gears, and if you plan on doing any offroading.

Did you ever had problems with the d35 ? I know it would probably be better to get a d44a but ive already ordered my gears and locker. And from what i have read from search some people say d35 is allright some dont. Its half and half, and for the type and amount of offroading i will do, im pretty sure that it will last me a long time.

yea there are ways to make it stronger, like a truss for example and higher spline axles, if they are available.
