Are you changing gears or lock that 8.8? I think next summer I'm gonna nab a 3.73 open diff 8.8 truss it and throw it in. And then build a hp 30 re gear to 4.10 or 4.56 and lock them

It definitely does. It doesn't look perfect, but its better than it was before, and my god is it smooth.

It has a factory limited slip, and its only got 130k miles on it so I don't see why it shouldn't work. Its my DD so a lunchbox locker wouldn't work too well for me. If I ever do get one it will probably be a detroit, so it still streetable. And I'm not regearing now. Probably not for a while. I don't wanna do the front twice.

I'm from Tolland, about 45 minutes away I believe.

While I'm posting, I decided to look in my drivers front wheel well to see if anything was rubbing, because whenever I hit a big bump, I would hear a grinding noise. It sounded like there was air in my shock. Discovered that my coil was rubbing on my tb bracket. I'll have to grind that down when I go in to bumpstop and install a spacer to offset the height difference from putting in the 8.8.
