FOB Problems in 2010 Grand Cherokee

My problem started about a 2 weeks ago. When turning the jeep on the FOB key is hard to put in and is hard to turn. The Jeep turns on every time, but no electrical throughout the entire vehicle. I have to slightly turn FOB to the left , then all comes on. The ignition part that I put the key into seems to stick also every now and then. I did see Damaged Key once. I have Replaced the Battery in the FOB and also tried detaching the battery cable. The problem persist. Does anyone have any ideas what it could be before I head to the Dealership and they charge me an arm and a leg?
