Fender flares in 3D

Has anybody made fender flares for ZJ in CAD program? Because I must pay more than 300$ for shipping them to my country, I`m thinking to build them from fiberglass. I have some experience working on firberglass just don`t have any experience in drawing in CAD program.
I`m thinking on drawing flares and then get them made from wood or hard foam on CNC mill and then build them by my self.

I really like Iceland designů
