it's been less than a year and i've already made it this far with my jeep

MEinSoCal 10-27-2008 12:01 PM

dmolaver15 10-27-2008 12:03 PM

nierace 10-27-2008 12:28 PM

I take nitto is one of their sponsors :O

Nice build where in CT are you ?

Merc1973 10-27-2008 12:34 PM

And the butterfly emerges from the cocoon..... nice job!

lawdogg 10-27-2008 02:15 PM

When you put the cragars on, had you painted your cladding black?

DHRFX Joe 10-27-2008 02:18 PM

Nice Jeep.......and Sunday. :)

semperfismhs 10-27-2008 02:47 PM

for your lift u only got new coils, trac bar, sway links, and shocks??? just wondering b/c that is pretty much identical to what i want to do to my WJ.

spife7980 10-27-2008 02:59 PM

nice. i dont think i would have the nuts to get under my jeep with the wheel off the ground like that.

jeremy18 10-27-2008 03:29 PM

I got the Nittos and me not have a sponsor? :(

-Shoey- 10-27-2008 04:29 PM

How's the ride on the stock CA's? And good lookin Jeep, I like the black on silver

kenbuck 10-27-2008 04:34 PM

Makes me miss my WJ. We need more WJ build threads on here.
Just one question, why Thornbirds?

dmolaver15 10-27-2008 09:07 PM

nierace, i'm from southington, we already talked?

lawdogg, yes i painted the cladding black when the soft 8's went on, i thought black and black looked sick

dhrfxjoe, thanks, i'm not sure which i like more haha

semperfismhs, yes, i did the cheapest 4" lift i could toss together, i'm only on a highschool budget!

spife7980, yeah it took a little convincing to get him under there, that isn't me, i dont think i'd have the balls either!

shoey40, the ride on the stock arms is surprisingly nice, VERY much smoother than my friends 4.5" lifted zj on stock arms. nonetheless longarms go in soon though

kenbuck, i'll be sure to continue this thread when the longarms and additional 2" lift goes in, and when i re-gear to 4.10s. and why the thornbirds? 135$ for the set, i know they're not spoken very well of, but they'll tide me over till the km2's come in
