It's been a little while but if I remember correctly on the louvers I put on two coats of flat black primer then two or three coats of gloss black rustoleum and for the grill I just used three coats of the flat black primer.

I bought a Cobra 19 Ultra III from Meijer for $40 last week and ordered some more goodies online. Ive got a 4' firestik, door jam mount, antennna spring, and a 100W PA speaker coming this week in addition to my slimlites. Ive got a lot of installation ahead of me

I also forgot about my white instrument cluster gauges. I installed white gauges that lay over the stock ones. They are wired into my parking lights so they come on when my lights come on. There is also a switch that I can either switch between blue or green and control the brightness of them. Pics to come later.

Nice to see a 5.9 with the bushwackers. I am going to install them Plus the Proto fab winch bumper on MY 5.9 Next Month. I am already geared with lockers and 4.56 so I may ditch my 33's for 35s as well. cant wait to install my flairs on my 5.nine because I think yours look cool as hell. Wish I had the ARB, but I am getting a deal for both bumper and flairs for the price of the bumper. not to mention some other ACCESSORIES.

My slimlites were delivered yesterday. Mounted them up to KORs light bar and mounted that as well. Pretty happy with the way it looks for the most part. The light bar could have been like 1/2" longer and the only other complaint I have is the stainless hardware that came with the light bar. It works just fine but it is a huge eyesore for me and can't stand the sight of it. Is there any easy way to paint it or something? Since its already mounted and I dont feel like unmounting everything and starting over. Could I just use a small paint brush and paint it with it mounted? Or I guess I could tape off my roof and use rattlecans. I need to figure something out soon because I plan on doing all of my wiring for the lights and my CB on Saturday and I want it to have it done by then.

I got my slimlites all wired up over the weekend. It took me and a buddy of mine about 5 hours from start to finish. All of the wires were too short so we had to extend them all. These things are super bright and go out quite a distance as well. Also started to install my CB/PA setup. I got the antenna mounted and the wire ran up front. Probably going to finish that up within the next week or so.

And just for fun and comparison, my roommates ZJ on the left and mine on the right
