Diesel grand Cherokee

Am looking at the 2014 GC Diesel. Can I get some feedback from anyone whose has had one for a while? What has been your experience? How is the power? How does it tow small trailers? Gas mileage? Any problems?

Check out the WK2 forum instead of the general forum. There's lots of posts that directly answer your questions.

how does it tow small trailers?

question is how does it tow small houses

towing a 3.5k boat

1996 v6 2wd - struggled with just about anything, stuck at launch many times.
2002 4.7 4wd - fine on the flats, hills had it running 4k just to keep speed
2012 5.7 4wd - only knew it was back there while accelerating.
2014 3.0l 4wd - if I didn't have the econ gauge I wouldn't know it was there.

summary.. I need a new boat...

32mpg on cross country trips. 600 miles on a tank with axles for my trail pig in the back. Turbo lag is a bit annoying, doesn't jump off the line like the V8's, doesn't get 13mpg and spit out parts either.
1996 ZJ Green Laredo V8, 2.5" OME and Bilsteins, 31's, Holes drilled in the roof.
1998 ZJ Platinum Limited 5.9, New engine and trans, no front driveshaft, but it's pretty

"Whats wrong with a PT Cruiser?"
"Coulda had a V8!"
