Here is my 97' limited. Has the 5.2L V8. This thing has gone through many makeovers. Below are pictures starting from the day I bought it...to today. I'll update pictures as I go(as I am still buying parts for it). Any questions feel free to ask.

The day I bought it...



Bought some cragars, tinted the tails, slapped in the HID's(6000K), and got rid of all the gold. Also put on the 2"BB and put in the euro housing headlights and blacked out the ambers.




Then bought a cold air intake and put in mesh for the grille. Also put on a flowmaster super 40(not pictured).


Decided to go with the 5.9 wheels and bought a brush guard off CL for $100
and also bought some 32" Maxxis bighorns.



Decided the brush guard wasn't my style so I sold it. Also I trimmed the front bumper.




Painted the 5.9 wheels black to get a different look(I like change lol). Also removed the rear sway bar and added extended bump stops and trimmed the front fenders 1.5"


Bought a rola roof rack off etrailer.com for $159.00 shipped.



Decided to get 4 hella 500 spot lights for the rack and changed out the 55watt bulbs for 100watt bulbs. Also did the gas bessel mod.

I just lowered the roof rack by taking advice from a fellow member on here and reversed my brackets. Worked out great. I am also in the process of taking off the BB and doing the F>R 3.5" lift. I should be putting the lift on this next weekend. I'm just waiting on my shocks to come in the mail. I purchased a set of Tuff Country 3.5" coils for the front, JKS rear adjustable track bar, longer Rough Country shocks, Front extended sway bar links. I'll post pics when done.

I forgot to mention, I painted the wood trim interior black, threw in an alpine cd player, blue LED dash and more. pics to come.

Here's a bad picture of the blue LED dash lights. I couldn't get a picture of the knobs and shifter bezel lights because my cell phone didn't like the darkness.

so the night before last I was driving home, lost my power steering, my VIC said "check battery", I lost all voltage and I then noticed I was overheating. Pulled over on the side of I-205 and noticed my belt was wrapped around my fan and radiator fluid was coming out of the cap because it was so hot. I then got towed home and in the morning I found the problem. My idler pulled down and to the right of my alternator had froze up because of a lack of bearings. Easy fix thank god. also while I was getting the pulley off a jeep at the junkyard I found a front skid. Now i just need my transfercase skid.

I saw a transfer case skid at U-pull it on foster. It might be gone by now. Also, when do you want to trim my fenders

I did a little this last weekend. Ripped off my front bumper and almost my exhaust lol. I went in a puddle about 4ft deep. oops! lol.

Got a steel rear bumper off craigslist. Traded a laptop for it. Now I just need to make the tire carrier for it or find one.
