Daughter Stuck n Dads out of ideas 2005 Grand Cherokee

My daughter has been loving her 2005 Grand CHerokee loredo all through College till tonight. After parking for about 2 hours she went to start and got no starter turnover. Lights and AC fan work Dash light for Transmission too hot comes on? After a few failed tries the Service Electric Brakes light came on.

Fluid levels recently checked but I'm 200 miles away and she has not made it past checking tire pressure and getting an oil change yet.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe it thinks the transmission isn't in park? Try shifting in/out etc and see if it changes anything?

even though the lights come on, the battery could still be at fault. if it's more than 5 years old replace it directly.

yep^
take the battery to an auto parts store and ask them to load test it. it might have enough juice to turn on lights, but not enough to crank the engine

^x3. Jeeps like a good battery. When they get weak, gauges and lights do crazy things. Good indicator that the battery may be on its way out. Could also be a bad connection at the battery. But with its age, likely time to replace it.
