I went up to big bear this past weekend with Dan. He doesn't like taking pics much but I got a couple. We ran Gold Mountain and John Bull. Both these pics were from John Bull. Fun trail.

I know. Haha. I just need to weld it up still. It's been a hassle. To make a long story short my house needs electrical work for a welder so one of these days I'm gunna go over to dans house. It's just hard cause our schedules are opposite. So just waiting for the right day

I know. I need to still. I borrowed a welder but it didnt work at my house. So once the holidays are over im probably going to go to my friends shop and knock it out.

Im currently replacing my steering gear box. Biggest pain in the butt ive ever had. Haha

So I haven't updated this thread in a while. I'm probably forgetting a few things I did to the ZJ. But a few weeks ago we went out to TDS. It was a really fun time!! We didn't do the safari run because it would have been $60 each person. I did it last year and the line gets so backed up at obstacles it's not really worth it, with the exception you're helping to keep land open. We have a great time anyways.
Here's some pictures

And for a few months now I've been avoiding buying a new/reman steering gear box. We'll I finally got one because my steering was the worst it's ever been.

I got the pitman arm off in about a minute. Air tools make it so much easier. I used this pitman arm puller that I rented from pep boys along with the bfh trick and it came out smoothly.

New box is in

The steering is sooooo much better now. I'm not used to it tho because it turns Too easy. Not sure if it's just something I have to get use to or if i need to adjust the box. I'll wait a couple days and see.

Yeah old boxes won't last very long after we put bigger tires on..

I'm still researching but I got some plans for the summer. Planning on building axles and redoing my suspension because my IRO only fits a Dana 30
