I started getting a little humming noise in my front end. I changed my front diff oil today. My gears looked good tho and didn't find any metal shavings.

Dang that has to be frustrating. Yea I was doing some searching here on the forum and I found a lot of people with the hum and they've had it for a while with no problems, just the noise. So I'm just gunna drive it till something happens. And if something breaks, then it's time for an upgrade

Hp is better. As the pinion rides on the drive side or the ring not the coast so you dont get that humm. When I get the TJ im swaping HP right away. I can get the cheap or Ill pull it off my ZJ.
