Man that is looking very cool. i like the tube on the font and the armor is looking sweet. i can't wait to see what it looks like with the tube on it.

you should use rivnuts for the 1/4 panel armor. pretty much all the body armor for the wranglers are installed with those. they re pretty sturdy and give a real nice finished look. you might be able to find them locally. if not i found them on Genright's website.

props to Ballistic Fab ... called them and they are getting the right parts sent out to me as well as a prepaid shipping label to send the old parts back. I love when a company pays to ship back there own mistake instead of expecting the customer to eat the cost of there mess up.

I've been to Ballistic Fab here in Tucson twice and both times they messed up my order.

yeah... i hear that from alot of people, and when my friend ordered his parts it took a while to get them in the mail.

i had an email with a tracking number in my inbox an hour after i talked to them on the phone though... so far they have done a great job correcting there mistake. I would order from them again.

Ballistic has always been 100% for me, product quality is always great, I just ordered from them last night again, got my tracking # this afternoon, the same can't be said for my first order from BlueTorchFab, they have yet to make any contact, but I'm really in no rush anyway.

Are those fender tubes DOM or Electroweld, Matt?

If there is a seam that you can FEEL on the inside of the tube its not DOM, also DOM will have dimensions printed on the tube. DOM has a seam that is visible, but does not protrude like HREW and CREW.

Did you trim the fender below the tube after you welded it on?
