Give me a # to call for a room and I'll be there. Where is everyone staying?

Hold that thought... Turns out church isn't just good for finding God. I met a girl at church on Sunday who works for a large respected hotel chain & is looking into getting us discounted rooms for that weekend. Will give you details when I hear back from her

Replaced the drag link end (moog) and steering stabilizer (monroe). I haven't had any death wobble running without it, so I went cheap for now. Glad the wandering is now gone.

The UPS guy brought me some more braking power today. Hawk LTS pads front and rear and Ate slotted rotors for the front. I'll get the rear rotors resurfaced tomorrow and be stopping on a dime!

Where'd you get them?

And is that a spring collection in the background? Haha... The Matt collects tires and rims (and stickers) and you've got springs. Interesting

One set from the grand and a set of stock strut springs off my old Taurus. I may have an auto part hoarding problem...

It will never stop like a sports car, but I was very happy with their performance.

Hey, at least my collection is...prettier.

Chris, do you bleed your brake fluid every 2 years? I have drilled/slotted rotors on my car and just put new ceramic pads on (I have Raybestos police pads on the fronts ) and then flushed in all new fluid. I couldn't believe the difference - it's awesome.
I'm going to finish out the life in my current Jeep brakes and then I want to get rid of these Teves calipers and do something similar to what you've done. Do you have Teves or Akebono?

Chris has a 2003, so I am sure he has Akebono's. I had Teves, but switched over to Akebono before I upgraded my pads.
Upgrade: Teves to Akebono (99 WJ) - North American Grand Cherokee Association

It has been a while since I have last flushed the brake system, it could probably use it again. I do have Akebono calipers. If anyone wants a set of stock front rotors and front and rear pads (Duralast Gold???) with ~50% of pad left, they're yours.
