Changing spark plugs ona 2000 G/Cherokee?

Hello--Just got a question--am going to change out the OEM spark plugs on my 2000 Grand Cherokee with the 4.7 V-8 motor. Haynes manual says just to unscrew the top screw in the coil posts (On the right side)--what's under there? and I don't see any coil packs on the left engine side...

Anything else to be aware of?
Thanks in advance...
