Luck of the straw im assuming.. I had the low clearance one, and i got mine from a JY. I went back to the JY and then found one like the one that he just put on.. some came with them, some didnt. Either way its OEM, looks good, and has a lot more clearance.

Yeah the second is way nicer. I got it off a guy on CL, got rusty's adjustable LCA's and that hitch for $40. I sandblasted the whole hitch and primed and painted it. There was hardly any rust. I lot it a LOT better.

dude, your jeep is looking good. I like the sliders, i'm hoping to weld a step/slide rail onto my custom rockers so i can use a high lift like that.

I got the DS and yolk for about $40. The Bilstein 5125's are supposed to be mounted like this. What shocks do you have?

Bilsteins can be mounted either way since they are a gas monotube shock.

Yeah, i remember now... and I chose to mount them down so stuff doesn't collect near the seal on the shock.

I'll have to check the JY next time I'm out there. I'm gonna check CL right now.

My hitch is to far rusted to make it nice again. It's pretty much got holes in it on the backside.

I got a high clearance hitch like that for $15....If I was in CO I woulda traded you for yours...I think the style you had before would give some extra protection in case you got rearended, therefore I like it.

Ok, Gears and install kit for the 44A are on their way. Also ordered a CB so I can finally hook up my antenna. LOL
Need to order ball joints for the HP30 because I am swapping in the knuckles from my LP30.

How is it for sound output, can you hear it well? Also I'm looking at getting THESE (post 910) ball joints. They are supposedly better then Moogs at half the price and have a million mile warranty.

wow those dont look too bad i may get those instead. the cb works pretty well, sound output is great. i just need to reground it at a better spot and then get my antenna tuned. its pretty outta tune now so i get horrible reception good enough for wheeling but nothing long distance
