Me too, lol. It'll be a couple months before that happens though.

I almost have enough for the rear long arms, then I'll save back up for the front.

Sunday I'm going to look at my new axle, Built HP Dana 30 with ARB air locker, 4.88's, Carrier steering, AlloyUSA shafts 27 spline with 760 ujoints, soon to be trussed and have a solid diff cover. Do you think I can talk him down from 1k?

After I buy that, for my d44a, I'm getting an open carrier from Kolak, 4.88's from justdifferential.com, and an Aussie Locker I found on craigslist. That will also be trussed and get a solid diff cover.

Both will be cleaned up and painted black. I will keep you all posted on the progress. Almost like I'm getting to new axles.

The axle come with a U-joint style yoke. Can I get the correct driveshaft out of a junked ZJ?

I realized today that I don't have any driveway shots. So I took some with my camera phone.

Updated list for new goodies. I don't have them yet but I have the money so I didn't put them in the "Saving For" section. I also added the cost of the jeep to the list (not paid off yet)

Good news and bad news.

The bad news:

That guy I was buying the built dana 30 backed down and sold it to a friend of his. Man was I pissed! I think I'm still going to lock the rear though seeing I have this Aussie Locker lined up to buy.

Good News:
I'm in the market for front long arms! Now I can't decide if I want Clayton's or IRO's.

if you got that d30 with 4.88s you would have had to get a new rear end. the 44a only gears down to 4.56 unless thats already in the blueprints...
