Yeah Jason is my brother inlaw. Wouldn't the Clayton axle truss work fine?

well.. yeah.. I think the clayton one looks a little weak compared to mine.. you could use a tie in plate/bracketry and weld it between the clayton cradle and axle...

see i've got the cradle plus a tie in plate for added strength

Picking up my Aussie Locker next Thursday for $350, Claytons should be here some time next week and my new rear track bar should be here fairly soon as well. I'm going to have it all installed at once.

Not sure yet. How difficult is it to swap in an open carrier and Aussie?

well aussie says it's EXTREMELY easy.. and from the build threads and pictures i've seen, it should only take like 30 min at the max.. lol

That's IF you have an open carrier. He has a LS, and has to pull the whole carrier out, and swapping the ring gear onto the new open carrier. The gears have to be set back up IIRC

That's a good question actually. My sister is moving out of Jason's house so I don't know how much longer they will be together for. That may put a delay on the bumpers and I might have to get something from KOR depending on what goes down.

If they do break up I'll probably get the KOR rear stealth bumper and ARB front. Maybe even a KOR roof rack.
